Loaner car was a problem That they resolved. I replaced all 8 plugs with iridium core then y’all replace number 7 with a copper core.

Wanted to charge me $200 to change my air filter and cabin filter. Just did it myself in 30 minutes for $40.

Service was something that shouldn’t have had to be done 13k miles and truck went into limp mode ……..after giving some attitude it was fixed…….pretty sad you buy a 70k plus truck to have a reliable vehicle and be told when you come in that you have to make an appointment or I can leave it there and that there are no loaner cars available to me this is totally unacceptable luckily the service writer ran diagnostics to find it was just a needed software update to me which should of been done on Saturday when I had oil change service done which when done the oil life was not reset

Everything went well on 6/14 except the truck just arrived on 6/12 and wasn’t fully prepped and now I have to return to finish and can only be accomplished Monday- Friday. Asked if I could get a loaner vehicle for this Friday 6/20 and was advised their shuttle driver will drop me off and pick me up. Not happy at all about this.

I came in for my 15,000 mile service and inspection. I was in and out in an hour. Everyone was very nice.

Chris, was absolutely amazing, patient and knowledgeable when it came to my trax. I felt comfortable in making the switch from my Subaru to Chevy. The team there works so well together, super welcoming and I’m recommending any car shopping to my friends/family!

I had an appoitment but came in earlier to service the high voltage system. Processed immediately. Shuttle service ready within 5 minutes. Courtious driver who picked me up later in the day. Seamless processing all the way through. Totally customer oriented.

The final paperwork was very disappointing

Wonderful!! Purchasing a vehicle an be potentially stressful process, however, it was made very simple by Chris and Eric. Extremely helpful and not the least bit "pushy". Will definitely purchase another vehicle from Scott in the future.

Just over an hour for an oil change, tire rotation, update, download for the radio. Very professional and courteous. All this while I waited. Much better than any other service centers I’ve been to in the past few years.

Had to wait almost 3 hours for my vehicle because the warranty you guys sold me had to authorize my windshield washer pump..then I thought my warranty covered all my repairs and I had to pay 206 dollars to fix my automatic running boards and when I got home it still wasn't working correctly..hopefully on the next visit this week it will be fixed correctly and no more charges for me to pay

Excellent as usual. The service and communication was completed how and when I wanted. I actually have all 4 of our Chevy vehicles serviced at Scott Chevy. My service advisor, Chris Rapp communicates my needs with me very well. The technicians complete all of the work very well. The shuttle service is very helpful to me when transportation is needed. I am very thankful to have such a solid facility to handle all of my vehicle service needs.

Quick , efficient and thorough service.

Salesman was good. Deals aligned with what I had thought they would be. Trade in value was fair. The only thing I would recommend is looking into your trade in value estimator tool on your website. It was so low balled that I almost didn't come to buy from your dealership due to that. I bet a lot of people stay home because of it.

I went in to get my car inspection, I was told an hour and it was done in a hour. Excellent service as usual.

I drop my car off early in the morning for a simple oil change, tire, rotation, and an annual inspection. Normally, I hear from the service department when the work is completed but in this case I didn’t, so I called to try and get a status late in the day. No one answered my call or returned my call so I drove to check on the status and was told that they were just wrapping it up. It would be another 20 to 30 minutes. This caused me to make another return trip to pick it up later in the evening when it was finally done.The service manager did take some money off my bill to make up for the inconvenience, but I’m not sure why such an easy service appointment took the whole day in the first place.

As usual, Scott did a very good job. I was greeted in a timely, friendly manner at check in and check out. The vehicle was completed on time, and the cost was reasonable.

I got my truck serviced. Inspection, engine oil and transmission fluid flushed. Good price and quick turn around. Would recommend and I will be back.

For the most part it was good. Negotiations and paperwork went well. Shawn was great to deal with and Eric in finance was great. Kareem was good for the most part but we waited over an hour for the car to be brought up to the sales area from being cleaned. He told us it was ready before we got there and it wasn’t. Other than that we enjoyed our experience. It is our second new car from Scott.

I was so happy to get my car serviced with you. I kept losing antifreeze. I was told on October 3 that they couldn't see me until October 13. I dropped the car off on October 6 because I didn't want to do more damage. I was so happy to hear they squeezed me in on the 9th and repaired my car. I still work so it was a necessity. Thank you again Chris.

I ordered a 2026 Corvette and everyone was so helpful in helping me attain my goal. The building is set up very nicely and the car was perfect when it arrived They explained a lot of the car's operations but I was led to a tutorial page online to familiarize myself with the many buttons and screens.

No issue with dealership. After l received my truck on 13 December, the next day my truck received a Service Brake Assist indicator on my dash and were able to get me in earlier than my original service date.

Oil change ,nothing much to tell

Diagnosed the problem and repaired right away, in and out .

As always, I found the team at Scott to be very friendly and helpful in keeping my car working as it’s supposed to. One minor issue this time was they never called me when the ordered part came in. After waiting a couple weeks, I had to call to inquire about it. They said the part was there and they didn’t know why I wasn’t informed. Not a huge deal to me since my car was still drivable.

I had a very good experience with recent service. I bring all of our family vehicles to Scott for service. The service is excellent and I have a great relationship with Chris Rapp with very good communication.

Once again, the gentlemen in the service department were exceptional. Timely, knowledgeable, accommodating, and helpful. Took care of my last minute engine light issue and squeezed me in that same day when I left a message begging for them to take me. They always take really good care of me and my car. They deserve the 5/5 stars. However, as wonderful as they are, the woman who schedules for service is consistently rude and condescending, often dismissing your worries about your car and its safety. Odd that the service team members themselves could manage to care and find time for my car, but she can't...My mother and I have both been Scott Chevy customers for some time now, having worked with Mr. Saleeze and Mr. Sell in the past. All of our experiences with Scott Chevy have been wonderful - except when interacting with her. Please note that the woman who typically answers at the dealership and transfers you to the appropriate department is also delightful and helpful.

Many thanks to the Service Team at Scott Chevy (Allentown PA) for getting me in for a quick battery change on 2-14-26. The 5 year old AC Delco battery on my 2016 Colorado pick-up no longer held a charge beyond 6 days, so it was time for a change. When I called for an appointment, they surprised me and offered to just come on in the same morning. Much appreciated!
